Paper Birds

I know what your think. Your thinking, he must be on a bird kick this week. Well, I can say that I actually am. So let me get right into it and talk about Anna-Wili Highfields paper sculptures. She has done a fantastic job on constructing these birds. This Sydney based artist creates these sculptures from archival cotton paper, which are painted, and then sewn together. I'm sure it 's not an easy task to try and sew together paper. She also does other animals as well and when she is not making paper sculptures. She works on making copper pipe sculptures.
