St. Hubert Residence
Canadian architecture firm Naturehumaine had some challenges on this home due to foundation issues but found a way around it. They decided the best plan of action was to compress the spaces on numerous split-levels to yield the space needed per the clients request. This home has some serious rough around the edges appeal but it works. They kept some of the raw elements throughout the interior and exterior to give the home simple yet stylish look. The vaulted ceiling in the dining area is great and gives the home more natural light. Plus the cabinets in the kitchen are very stylish and it somehow works well with the wood flooring.
