Named for its ethereal presence, the Ghost House is a striking contemporary dwelling in England's Warwickshire. The home inspired by the work of architect Tado Ando and features a concrete construction that was cast in-situ concrete. Its simplistic form frames in floor-to-ceiling steel windows on three sides. At night, the glazing gives off a celestial glow that creates a hauntingly beautiful effect as it mirrors off the reflecting pool that spans across the roof of the lower ground floor. The monolithic facade is left exposed to the interior continuing the sleek, minimalist design while a floating steel staircase adds a sculptural element to enhance the aesthetic. Ikea and Sonos have designed a table lamp and WiFi Speaker in an invisible like design. The  Ikea x Sonos Symfonisk Table Lamp ($179)  helps eliminate clutter, while offering sound quality similar to that of the Sonos One. In addition, two of them can be paired together as a stereo pair or used as surround speakers with a Sonos Beam, Playbar, or Playbase, creating a near-hidden home theater sound system. It arrives, alongside the bookshelf model, due to come out in August 2019.

Kristen Meyer has created an aesthetically minimal and artistic view of fruits, crackers, and other food precisely arranged into beautiful patterns. Not only does it look great but it looks good enough to eat as well.  She did a great job of tricking the eye and providing patterns that are pleasing to the eye.

First, before I start telling you the reason for the new design let me welcome you to TCL's New Design and layout!! So now onward,  let's get into a little bit of the design and the reason for the change.

So here we are 4 years later since the last update in 2014  and I felt that it was time for a makeover. The Collective Loop is a place where art, design, music, technology and more collectively loop, but that doesn't mean the design can't.  After contemplating, I decided that I wanted to change the layout to look more professional, interactive and all around still have a minimal feel. I also wanted a site where it would look amazing on portable devices and be more responsive.  I was able to find all this with the new design.

Here are some of the new changes:

Reducing the turntable to its most basic elements and its beautifully designed. The Miniot Wheel Turntable cleverly hides its components behind the record itself. An electronically-stabilized belt drive spins the heavy aluminum platter at a perfect 33.3 rpm, while the outer ring secures the record and eliminates resonance. The tonearm, modified AT95E cartridge, drive, amp, and electronics sit in a vibration-isolated block inside a cavity in the platter, and it's all controlled by the center stick.
