Long Exposure Photography is something that I find to be quite interesting. Long exposure photography is a technique that requires a slow shutter speed to capture light and movement. When an image is taken including stationary and moving subjects (for example, a fixed street and moving cars or a camera within a car showing a fixed dash-board and moving scenery) using a slow shutter speed, interesting effects, such as light trails occur. Long exposures are easiest to accomplish in low-light conditions, but can be done in brighter light using neutral density filters or specially designed cameras. Here are some cool long exposure photos.
Pandora has a contest going on right now to find out what does the new American Music look like? This is Pandora's 3rd Annual Poster Contest with the help of Levi's® Company.
The goal was pretty simple: create a poster about Pandora - the rest is up to your imagination. So I thought why the hell not. I wanted to give this a shot and see what my imagination had in store for me. Plus it had cash involved as well but that was not my main motivation.
It will take some time for my profile to get setup and my entry validated. Then you the public will have a chance to vote. Here is how the contest will be judged.
Editor's Choice Award Winner – Selected by the In-House Pandora Panel.
Viewer's Choice Award Winner – The entrant whose eligible Entry receives the highest number of eligible votes in the Second Judging Period.
Viewer's Choice Runner-up Award Winner – The entrant whose eligible Entry receives the second-highest number of eligible votes in the Second Judging Period.

While Sony's OLED TV is little more than a beautiful, 11-inch novelty, LG is swaggering dangerously close to a respectable kitchen TV with this 15-inch AMOLED TV prototype.
OLED displays (organic light emitting diode) are the wave of the future. Even with this economic downturn that we are facing, manufacturers are working hard at providing these elusive screens to consumers. Recently, Samsung announced that they aren't planning on creating large OLED displays yet while Sony jumped on the 3D bandwagon.
LG Electronics plans to make its OLED television available for commercial sale in Korea in November and elsewhere early next year. According to Reuters, LG is also planning to launch a 40-inch OLED television "in the not too distant future." By 2013 production of OLED TVs is predicted to reach 2.33 million units, according to the research company DisplaySearch.
OLED is an emerging flat-panel display technology that uses an organic material in the pixels that emits its own light, so a backlight isn't needed. That helps make the displays thinner and much less power-hungry. OLED screens also handle fast-moving images better and offer richer color reproduction than current LCDs (liquid crystal displays) and PDPs (plasma display panels).

A poster the recipient completes by revealing spot-varnished type with hands made dirty by handling the poster. This is the first of a series of posters.Roland Tiangco’s dirt poster is a brilliant piece of print work that can be appreciated by both design and conceptual advertising minds alike. I don't think I would be happy if someone sent me that poster and didn't tell me about the concept. I do however think that the concept is a great idea.

I have been getting more and more into the world of Graphics. In doing so I find that I have a lot of defects in doing art work with a mouse. So I started doing some research on using a pen tablet to help where the mouse does not. So I came upon the Original VisTablet. VisTablet is the New Standard in graphics tablets. With a 12.1" widescreen tracing surface, 29 customizable macro fields and an incredibly slim design, this highly affordable tablet is optimized for Windows Vista's advanced tablet capabilities and compatible with Apple's OSX and Windows Vista/XP/2000. With 1,024 levels of sensitivity in its pen, this tablet is ready to become part of your creative process.
Pen tablets have been around for some time. Not until recently have they become affordable to the general public. They were primarily used by professionals in the Graphic art and Photo industries. VisTablet allows you to explore the internet, draw, paint, write, highlight and do professional or home photo editing. VisTablet also opens up advanced pen features available in all the new Microsoft Office applications. Through electro- magnetic induction, information is exchanged between the pen and the tablet while your movements are translated to your computer screen. With no stand-alone power supply required, the VisTablet is a great choice for portable computers as well as desktop PC’s. VisTablet will open up the world of design to you in ways that were previously either to expensive or to limiting. VisTablet is the new standard in graphics tablets.
