I thought this was a pretty interesting product that some of you would find useful. Plus, it's at a decent price that most people can afford. It's the Cobra Phone Tag ($60) which basically keeps track of valuable items nearby like your purse, laptop bag or car keys. It uses a Bluetooth connection between the included dongle and your iPhone, Android device, or BlackBerry to let you know if your tagged item has left the vicinity. It will immediately sends you an email or text message with GPS coordinates when it happens, and works the other way around, too, letting you "ring" your smartphone from the PhoneTag.
Bianca Chang who is a full-time junior designer is also a paper artist, illustrator and creative problem solver based in Sydney, Australia. All her sculptures are cut by hand using only a pencil, ruler, compass point, blade and of course 100% recycled paper. Below is a video showing the layers and detail of her design of the letter A. Her Letter A has 180 hand-cut layers of 80gsm paper, which is fascinating seeing how she creates her sculptures and how much time it has to take.

Last month I put "Bury Us Alive" by Starfucker in Playlist-24 and I became a fan immediately. So being that I was impressed by this one track I had to get their whole album Reptilians. Let me tell you this album is full of rocking atmospheric tracks with an endlessly array of catchy tunes. The band even uses some great philosophical samples here and there that works well with the feel of the album. This band which most would consider them pop have found a way to enter this realm of synth-pop and have been quite successfully at it. This band uses the right touch of synth and vocal styles to pull off a good pop band. So have a listen to the album below and let me know what you think of Starfucker.

This home which is one of the oldest houses in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood was in desperate need of revamping. Feldman Architecture was in charge of repairing and expanding and modernizing the small, dark house while maintain the rustic charm of the 1860's cottage. What I like about this house is the careful mixing of rough stone and wood with clean glass and metal which makes the home pop with rustic yet modern.

Found the photography works of Lissy Laricchia or a.k.a Lissy Elle to be a world of fantasy. I like what LiveFast said about her work, "Her creative use of gravity, light, texture and Photoshop transport you into her little imaginary world, a strange yet wonderful break from reality". I couldn't agree more with that statement.
You would also assume with her work that she has a corky personality to go with her imaginary world of photography. From her bio you can tell she fits in the corky and eccentric category.
I live in Canada, where the moose are. I take pictures of anything that will stay still long enough. If you asked me if I would rather see one of the seven wonders or Las Vegas, I would always say Las Vegas. I admire Dr. Seuss and Chuck Palahniuk more then you (sorry), and you bet your ass I would sooner tear out my own eyes then spell Panic! At The Disco without the exclamation point. If you want to check out more of her work then check out her Flickr

Otomata is a fun and new generative sequencer. It uses a cellular automaton type logic and was created by Batuhan Bozkurt. It's kinda like the Sound Matrix, although a little more complex. The cool thing about this one is the directional settings allows for some pretty complex interactions between notes. Each alive cell has 4 states: Up, right, down, left. When a cell hits a wall, a sound is triggered. The nine pitches along the walls are tuned using a hang drum's scale (D A Bb C D E F A C). You can also change the direction of the cell by clicking a note multiple times to set direction. So have fun and get lost in making some music.
If you make something you like, just press “Copy Piece Link” and save it somewhere, or better yet, share it!
Here is a video of it in action

I would absolutely buy Doritos on a regular bases if they change their Doritos packages to these. The color choice and the design just pop out and say "open me and eat me, I'm delicious". Petar Pavlov is the designer behind the innovative packaging concept for Doritos. His triangular structure design allows you to close the bag and keep your chips fresh. Below you can see how this system works with the scaled-down prototype.
