I have always found the strange and unorthodox outdoor office modules to be interesting and fun, a way to shape your own personnel office and its surroundings. The Tetra Shed ($TBA) designed by David Ajasa-Adekunle of Innovation Imperative Studio is a new style of modular office, that will be available in 2012. The insides of the Tetra Shed are covered with copper, zinc, corten, steel or marine plywood, and lined in a birch-faced plywood or plasterboard. Since this is a modular office there's no limit to the number of units that can be connected together, literally giving you a lot of possibilities. In the mean time, take a tour of the Tetra Shed from the pictures below.
Have you ever needed to charge four things at once but only had one outlet available, I know I have. That is where a roll-up travel charger ($33) would come in handy. It can plug up to 4 different charging tips: iPhone, Mini USB, Micro USB, and Samsung and it only uses one wall outlet. Yup, you can now recharge up to four gadgets all at the same time. Not bad and it comes in this stylish leather roll up case.

Two things have finally become one, the company Playbutton has brought together the classic button and music albums. Playbutton is a classic button with a built-in MP3 player that plays a preloaded album when headphones are attached. The preloaded content is like an album with a fixed number of tracks and the design of the album cover is added to the button to match the content. Controls are on the back of the button for playing, pausing, skipping and adjusting the volume. Check their site for merchants who sell these little bad boys. I personally want the The XX button because the design is simple but sweet and I'm a fan of their music.

Sometimes stepping in the world of the imagination can create amazing pieces. Just like these from Dara Scully, a young and imaginative artist with a childlike take on her imagination. She transports the viewer into another realm of fantasy which blends the line between fact and fiction. She hangs with miniature elephants and tames the wild beast and she rides hot air balloons via a bicycle. It doesn't get any more child like than that. See more of her work on flickr or here site.

Note Design Studio is the creator behind the redesign of the Swedish company ATG and its IT department. The Client was looking for a work space that was opened and had good acoustics and proper lighting. The inspiration behind this office came from aerial photography, where distinct patterns of varied land surfaces connected to each other. To give it this feel, they used different flooring to give the room more individual space and visually make the room stimulating. They also used varied colors to give the room a different feel per section. This is a very creative space and I kind of wish my IT office looked this sweet, but unfortunately it doesn't.

Jeremy Kool is the 3D artist and graphic designer behind "The Paper Fox Project". His aim is to create a children's picture book for the iPad and Android tablets to be release in 2012. The art style used in this book is quite unique and is created digitally to make it look like paper-craft and origami. I think this is a neat project. If you want to help fund his project or find out more info you can check it out on Pozible or on his blog.

Photographer Todd Mclellan is the created of the "disassembly" series, in which he captures old relics of the past and shows them in their dismantled form. Like the Things Organized Neatly site, this series takes it one step further with the dismantled form and the almost obsessive-compulsive arrangement by its type, size and function that gives it a clear picture of the style and parts of the past.
