I haven't done a camera post in a while and this Canon EOS 5D Mark III is worthy. The Canon EOS 5D Mark III ($3,500) is an all new 22.3 megapixel full-frame sensor that delivers amazing images up to ISO 102,400, and it's augmented by the new DIGIC 5+ processor that does 6 fps shooting and a 61-point AF system. It also now comes with 1080p video recording, a built-in HDR mode and a beautiful magnesium alloy body with a stainless steel mount. This camera will not only make you look like a pimp but it will make your pictures also look like a pimp.
Here is a packaging concept that carries this packaging to pure pleasure of an object. It presents us with this beautiful packaging for tea and careful reflects attention and extraordinary virtuosity. It was designed by project student Maria Milagros Rodriguez Bouroncle for Louis Gagnon of Paprika Works.
The packaging designed itself is called the "Simply T"; very minimal on the outside but when opened it's an explosion of color where each teabag is a work of art. Personally, I would love this to be an actual product. It would make a great talking piece in the kitchen and it would give the kitchen style.

This Luxury Cruise Ship has 16 modern hotel rooms that allow people to safely and comfortably travel the Amazon river in Peru. It was designed by Peruvian architect Jordi Puig, This custom built floating hotel has an outdoor Jacuzzi, exercise room, lounge and a restaurant. I'm sure it's hot in the Amazon so the boat does have air-conditioned rooms with huge windows that offer a panoramic view of the Amazon rainforest. It will cost you a pretty penny or a couple of them, but this luxury hotel will offer you an eco-friendly experience. Check out the video below for more information.

Young the Giant has such a strange name for a band but in the indie world that is expected. What I didn't expect though was this album to be packed full of great tracks. Their self-debut album has a summer feel to it with it contagious melodies, unending enthusiasm and unique vocals. This album even in its uplifting feel has tracks like "Cough Syrup" which has become a radio favorite; it moves the track into contemplating apathy and misdirection, but it's still catchy. "God Made Man" offers you with a slow soothing start to only end in an amazing emotional end. The sounds of this album to most would seem to be flawless with each track having its own special sound to it; however I will leave that up to your own discretion.
Young the Giant have put together a great album with a multitude of different track that are a rush of summer heat through out. I guess I can see now why they're becoming young giants in the music industry.
Check out more of Young The Giant on their official website, Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter pages. Have a listen to the album below.

I stumbled upon a museum of old advertising ad's going back as far as the 1900's for tape recorders. On their site Phantom's Reel To Reel Tape Recorder Online Museum they have it split up by different years and let me tell you. It will take you a while to go through them all. Below are some that I found interesting but I'm sure I missed some other sweet ads from the past.

Framework is a Moxy Creative presentation of poster designs of eyewear made famous by celebrities and it was brought to you by framegeek.com. In this collection they have glasses from Yves Saint Laurent who had a deeper understanding of aesthetic. He understood fashion and like he said "Fashions fade, style is eternal. I'm also glad to see that Steve Urkel's style made it in this collection, along with some others who had creative styles of glasses. You can purchase your framework prints here

Niklas Hessman a packaging designer has come up with a nice and clean design concept for Premium Pringles. He states that he and others feel that Pringles could benefit and standout if they had a premium Pringles product line. Here is what he said about the outcome of his packaging design;
The product will stand out from the other Pringles but still having the well known tube. Simple and clean packaging design that will work on the scandinavian market for sure. Branding the product with a little poem instead of Photoshop effects.If I saw this packaging I would buy it just for that, even if I didn't know what Pringles were. The minimal design of the product is clean and like Niklas stated a little poem instead of Photoshop effects could make Pringles stand out. What do you think?
