Artist Lisa Rodden cuts, slices, and folds thick layers of white paper on top of acrylic paintings that are occasionally accompanied with text. She cuts small geometric cuts to reveal a glimpse of the paint creating a interplay of color and shadows. You can see more in her paper gallery.

If you find any bikes out there that you think would be great in Bikespiration series. Please send me an email at pdragon65[@]gmail.com.

Bikespiration Part 10
Photographer Christoffer Relander just finished a new series of photographs titled "We Are Nature" using double and triple exposures that were all done in-camera with his Nikon D700. You can see more of Christoffer's work on Behance.

Roby Dwi Antono and his solo 2012 drawing exhibition evokes an uneasy feeling but also captures the wonder of imagination. What caught my attention was the array of characters and the detail of each poster which were all done by pencil. One of my favorites in this series is the rabbit like girl with the peacock hair and the tortoise by her side, it's just simple but complex. Check out more of his work on Behance.
Imajinasi of Wonder
Since I'm a person who likes to color coordinate I found that Csepel Royal did a wonderful job at color coordinating colorful spreads of bike parts. Being a fan of all kinds of bikes, seeing parts laid out like this is really sweet. Check out their website and build yourself a color coordinated bike or get wild with the colors and parts.

Talk about a beautifully designed weather app to give you what you need in looks and information. David Elgena is the creator behind the Braun/Dieter Rams inspired weather iphone app called Wthr. The app is very nicely done and I’d say it would be cool to have although after reading the comments it still has an issue with turning off and on the GPS, I'm sure they will get it fixed quick.

The Budnitz Titanium Beer Wrench ($38) could just come in handy, not only to fix your bike but also to open up that nice beer. The Beer Wrench has a titanium 15mm spanner on one side, and a bottle opener on the other. Two titanium thumb-screws attach it securely to the water bottle mounts on most bicycles.
The 15mm wrench will remove rear axle bolts, Alfine internal hub bolts, and Pitlock keys, making it perfect for removing a wheel on the road. The bottle opener opens... a beer. It also has a nice engraved quote "the road is out destination".

How would you use these Hipster style Instaglasses designed by Markus Gerke? He has unveiled an ingenious concept idea of integrating Instagram into a pair of sunglasses and allowing users to view their world in a desired filter. It is called the Instaglasses due to it has Instagram filters built into the lens of the glasses that can be changed with just a press of a button. It has a built in 5-megapixel camera with Wi-Fi capabilities and allows users to take a picture and upload the image straight to their Instagram app.
