I love stuff like this, especially because it has to do with bikes. Andy Scullion a graphic designer from the UK has put together an illustrated family tree of the bicycle, featuring over 70 bike illustrations. Find out more information from the video below or check out their kickstarter. Happy biking!
I haven't jumped on the wireless chargers yet, but I'm starting to see some sleek looking design that I would sport on my desk. Like the Swich Wireless Charger ($140), which is totally different. Offering support for the Qi charging standard, it features a microsuction charging platform with a viewer-friendly angle that can rotate from vertical to horizontal, allowing you to switch the orientation on your phone. In addition, it boasts a ceramic base and platform, with a piece of American walnut cut to resemble the shape of a wave in the middle, making it something you'll be proud to have on your desk. In the digital age we can get caught up in technology, however sometimes it feels good to just pick up a pen or pencil and jot down our ideas in a notebook. Mod Notebooks ($29) give you that feeling of old school but it doesn't stop there. Mod lets you send your notebook back to them when your done to digitize your ideas and sync them with the Mod App as well as Evernote, OneNote or Dropbox.
The notebook, return shipping, and digitization service are all included in the price per notebook. Watch the video below to get more information or check out there site.

Magic Man has been growing in the indie scene and as well on TCL Playlists, Each track just keeps you wanting more of there style. "The band brings together glowing synth lines, twinkling piano keys, driving percussion and anthemic AM-radio-fuzz vocals to get as close as one can get to a cross between Passion Pit and Death Cab For Cutie." There new album Before the Waves is due to be release on July 8th, however you can now pre-order your copy. Check out Magic Man's website to get updated information.

It has been a while since I have heard any new music from Caribou, so I thought I would share his new single "Can't Do Without You" from his upcoming album Our Love, which is due out October 7th via Merge. Include in this post is his upcoming tours. Unfortunately, I don't see that he is coming to Tampa, which makes me sad, however I show he will be in Orlando. He has been on my list of artist to see. So I might make the trip to Orlando. In the mean time check out his works on Soundcloud and check out his other alias Daphni.

It has been about 4 years since I have worked on my last portfolio website. So I thought it was about time to redo the site on Wix.com. This time instead of being a flash based website this site is currently constructed with HTML5, which makes it a little easier to work with.
On Damion S. Portfolio Collection site I've added my portfolio works from photography, websites, TCL works and more, which will be continuously updated. It's also easy to get back and forth to TCL via the menu and I have also added a blog feed on the home page of the new site. I have also added an Etsy Shop to start offering design prints. Currently, all prints are set to $10, which is not hard on the old wallet. You will also now see a shop link on TCL to quickly get to the site.
In the next two weeks, I will be doing a giveaway for The Collective Loops #1000th post in which I will be giving away both TCL Playlist Collection Posters. So keep an eye out for that! In the mean time be sure to check out the new site and let me know what you think?

During my process of redoing my work space area. I came upon some stylish notebooks that would fit right in with my decor. The Ogami Stone Notebook "Quote Collection"($15-30), which are made in Milan, Italy, using a revolutionary process that produces paper entirely from limestone and ecological resins, creating a durable but smooth surface that makes writing on it a unique experience.
This innovative process produces paper that is whiter, lighter, softer, and silkier, yet tear-resistant, totally waterproof and more durable than traditional paper. So if your looking for a stylish looking notebook with these kinds of features then these notebooks are for you. Plus, who doesn't like awesome quotes to boot? Purchase Here.
If you come across any other sweet notebooks, let me know about it and leave a comment.
