Miller Lagos is the creator behind the Book Igloo. This installation was created for
MagnanMetz Gallery in New York City and it's entitled simply
“Home”. Each book was carefully stacked to create a compact dome that is entirely self-supporting. I guess if you were bored, you could take a book from your house and have a nice read, although it would leave a hole in your house. Check out more of Miller Lagos work

Sometimes time is easier to be said in words and that is what the
QLOCKTWO does. It will be available to the market later this year. It's cased in natural brushed stainless steel or black, 35 x 35 x 7mm, black leather or natural rubber strap, calendar day and second display, LED technology.
In a square there is a grid of 110 letters. When the stainless steel button is pressed, words light up in unexpected places which describe the time. Whenever you look at your QLOCKTWO W, it´s a new experience.
Looking forward to adding this beautiful watch to my collection., how about you? They even have a
desk/alarm clock as well, if your interested.
I came across this video,
If Facebook Were Invented in the 90's and it had me rolling. I could only imagine the idea of what someone's thoughts would have been on the idea of Facebook back in the 90's. I mean you're on dial up for crying out loud. I highly recommend watching this, the sounds and style alone made it funny. It was from a VHS tape with the popular science show ‘Wonders of the World Wide Web’ about Facebook. Enjoy!
We all remember the good old
Total Recall from the 90's, with the chick with three titties. Yeah, that movie came out 22 years ago, but I think it's time for a reboot. Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce the official trailer for
Total Recall due out in August. The plot of this new version contains strong political influences, as mentioned in the novel. It is being directed by Len Wiseman and written by Mark Bomback, James Vanderbilt and Kurt Wimmer. It was first announced back in 2009. So enjoy!

The two stop motion videos below were shot by animation studio
Stoptrick and they feature the origami works of
Sipho Mabona. In these video, I couldn't help but think that the design from start to finish looked like precision style dancing. The way that the paper moved and folded to either; start from the beginning of the design to going backwards. Check out more of
Sipho work as well as
Stoptrick.
